LFSys Unveils its BlueLine Bass Cabs: High-End FRFR Performance Now Accessible at Mid-Range Prices

Dorchester, UK – May 16, 2025 – LFSys, the UK-based specialist in high-performance bass guitar cabinets, today announced the launch of its much-anticipated BlueLine range. Released two years after the debut of the company’s premium cabinets, the initial BlueLine lineup comprises two models – the Silverstone II and the Goodwood – delivering acclaimed LFSys sound at a mid-range price point.

"We've seen incredible enthusiasm for our high-end cabinets," says Stephen McLuckie, founder of LFSys. "The challenge was to capture that same level of sonic fidelity and build quality but make it more accessible. Over the past 12 months, we've worked closely with Celestion to develop the drivers for the BlueLine series. We’re confident that we’ve now achieved that goal. These cabinets offer gigging musicians and studio players alike a path to world-class sound without the premium price tag."

Both the Goodwood and Silverstone II are robust two-way designs, incorporating touring-grade compression drivers paired with sophisticated crossovers that have been developed in-house. The cabinets themselves are constructed from premium, 7-ply poplar plywood and loaded with lightweight neodymium drivers, ensuring durability and portability – critical factors for any working musician.

The Silverstone II is equipped with a powerful 12-inch long-coil bass driver and is capable of handling an impressive 400 watts – despite weighing in at just 12kg. The more compact Goodwood uses a 10-inch bass driver rated at 250 watts and tips the scales at a mere 9kg, offering an extremely portable yet potent solution.

The LFSys Goodwood and Silverstone II are available for pre-order now directly from the LFSys website at www.lfsys.co.uk. Deliveries are expected to begin in June 2025. Retail prices are £595 for the Goodwood and £695 for the Silverstone II.

Dorchester, 14 June 2023 – LFSys, the UK-based bass guitar cab specialist, is thrilled to unveil the latest addition to its growing range of high-quality FRFR cabs: the Monza.

Thanks to the advanced 10” bass driver fitted to the Monza, this FRFR bass cabinet manages to go head-to-head with (and outperform) much larger cabinets.  With a remarkable 600 watts (AES) packed into a compact 11kg cab that’s just 53cm tall, the Monza is the ideal choice for players wishing to downsize without incurring an output or sound quality penalty.

Key features of the Monza cabinet include:

1. Unparalleled power: Boasting a staggering 600 watts power handling (AES rating), the Monza delivers a surprisingly high output that easily keeps up with a loud drummer.

2. State-of-the-art drivers: The Monza harnesses  a recently developed 10” long-coil, high-BL driver with a raft of advanced features and combines it with a high-performance compression driver via an in-house developed and manufactured crossover. The result is rich, accurate and dynamic sound.

3. Compact and portable: Despite its powerful output, the Monza is designed to be both compact and lightweight, allowing for effortless transportation and setup.

4. Versatile performance: From home practice sessions to professional studio recordings, to gigs in small to medium-sized venues, the Monza delivers in a wide variety of playing and performing situations.

The Monza is now available for pre-order on the LFSys website, with shipping expected to commence in June. Launch price will be £650.
