Commonly asked questions

The info you’re after

What are the payment options?

You'll find the cost of each cab in the Products section of this website. There is a £20 charge to cover the cost of packaging, carriage and insurance.

Order your cab using the form on the homepage. We ask for a modest ten percent (refundable) deposit to reserve a cab. Our business model means that we rarely have finished cabs in stock. We do aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, however, and provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

You'll be emailed an invoice for the deposit as soon as you place your order. You have the option of paying with Paypay, direct bank transfer, debit or credit card. The balance won't be due until your cab's packed and ready to ship.

What's your returns policy?

We hope you'll be delighted with your cab. However, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement if you return your cab in a re-saleable condition in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

If your cab arrives damaged or develops a fault during the warranty period, please get in touch and we'll arrange for it to be collected at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this Returns Policy.

Does FRFR mean I have to use a modeller?

What's the warranty period?

Because we know that your cab is made with the highest quality components and to the highest quality standards, we are able to offer a no-quibble 3 year warranty and also allow you to pass the warranty on to subsequent owners. If your cab develops a fault during this time, please get in touch and we'll arrange to collect and repair/replace it at no charge to you. Please try to retain your original packaging if you can.

Repairs required as a result of misuse and abuse (such as physical damage or overloading) is not covered by the warranty.

LFSys offers a full repair and spare parts service for all of its products. If you have a problem, just email us and we'll deal with it as soon as possible.

If you want to use a modeller with your LFSsys cab, then please go ahead. But you don't need to use a modeller if you're using an LFSys cab with a bass guitar, double bass or keyboard. In fact, you'll be pleasantly surprised how much better these intruments sound through an uncoloured, flat response speaker cab that has been designed specifically for use with electric instruments.

Do you ship outside the UK?

To maintain the quality of service we wish to provide, we're not accepting any orders from outside the UK at the moment. This could change in the near future.

Can LFSys cabs be used on their side with a 19" rackmounted amp?

Yes, no problem. It would be advisable (although not absolutely necessary) to rotate the horn to retain maximum dispersion towards the player's ears. This is easy to do, as the horn is fully rotatable. If you know in advance you're going to use your cab this way, we'll deliver your cab with the horn already rotated. If you wish, we can also rotate the badge to match.

If you have any more questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
